A home in The Concession topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Randall and Terrie Snider, of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold their home at 19424 Ganton Ave. to Sheryl Provenzano, trustee, of Cornelius, North Carolina, for $2.5 million. Built in 2019, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,346 square feet of living area.
