The Annual Parade of Homes in Sarasota and Manatee Counties has just come to an end and once again, custom luxury homebuilder, John Cannon has taken home quite a few awards.
The 2019 Parade of Homes took place from February 16-March 10, and included 107 model homes in six luxury communities from Bradenton, all the way down to North Port. The Parade of Homes awards are presented by the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association and are widely considered to be the benchmark in design-build recognition.
Builder, John Cannon took home five “Best Overall” awards and another 27 awards in both individual and sub-contractor categories this year. To date, John Cannon has won over 350 plus Parade of Homes awards.
Five John Cannon models won “Best Overall”, which included The Korina, The Victoria, The Milina, The Corindi and the Akarra lV. In individual categories, these models received awards for “Best Floor Plan”, “Best Architectural Design”, “Best Kitchen”, “Best Master Suite”, and “Best Curb Appeal”. This is also the 27th consecutive year that John Cannon Homes was awarded “Best Residential Builder” in Sarasota, Manatee and Venice.
John Cannon is an active builder in The Concession, with multiple models including the Victoria and the Avianna.
