NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw has sold his home in The Concession golfing community in Bradenton for $1.43 million.

The four-bedroom home was listed in early 2019 for $1.6 million, reduced in price several times and was at $1.495 million before selling late last month, according to MLS records.

Bradshaw, a four-time Super Bowl champion, never used it as his primary residence. He listed his address as Gainesville, Texas, in the sale deed.

The 4,560-square-foot Anchor Builders home at 8346 Farrington Court features three-and-a-half baths, kitchen/family room combo plus a great room and bonus room, outdoor kitchen, all on a half-acre on a lake.

Listing agent Linda Driggs of Michael Saunders & Co., an experienced buyer and seller in the Concession, also represented Bradshaw when he bought the property. Her team with Sara Boudarga handled the sale for him.

“With a market trend turning to single-family estates where families are looking for larger home sites, resort-style pool lanais, comfortable home offices and enough space to enjoy one another, we are excited to see the energy and attention that this unique and impressive community deserves,” they said in a statement.

The Concession, called the lowest density luxury community in Southwest Florida, contains a renowned golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Tony Jacklin.

Bradshaw played 14 seasons for the Pittsburgh Steelers, becoming a two-time Super Bowl MVP. He retired in 1983 and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1989. He co-hosts “Fox NFL Sunday” and is a familiar pitchman in TV commercials. He will appear in an upcoming reality TV program called “The Bradshaw Bunch.”

The buyers of the property were John F. and Mary J. Hinderer of Granville, Ohio, records show. They also purchased the adjacent vacant lot for $310,000.
